We offer standard and express shipping across the US via DHL and FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all full-price items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or 'Bespoke' items are non-returnable.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Yes, for our US customers, all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning relevant import duties and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the final purchase price.

How do I care for my Anya Hindmarch leather bag?

To maintain the beauty of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and storing the item in its protective dust bag when not in use.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
