Returns & Exchanges

Anya Hindmarch offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our US customers via our dedicated returns portal.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Anya Hindmarch box and dust bag, ensuring all protective films and tags are attached, then include your printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at your nearest authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.
